Wearparts UK foundry is a medium sized specialist foundry, manufacturing Heat and Wear Resisting Steels and Irons. Moulding is carried out by flaskless air set techniques. Melting is serviced by means of medium frequency induction furnaces. Full analytical control via a spectrograph is part of stringent control procedures.

Our engineering and machining division operates 24 hrs a day producing high quality bucket edges to both OEM and customers own designs, using the highest quality certified Boron steel, edges are made to ISO 9001:2008 acreditation. and shipped throughout the UK and Europe.
