Wearparts manufacture it's edges from Boron steel, which can be supplied in it's 'As Rolled State' with a hardness of 197-247 HBN or in a Heat Treated which is Quenched and Tempered to 444/510 HBN.

Able to offer Single and Double Bevel edges, as well as Armour Bar.

Bolt-on Wearplates and Cutting Edges can be produced to Customer's requirements or from OEM details.

Wearparts have a comprehensive list of drawings to suit most makes including Caterpillar, JCB, Komatsu, Volvo and Hitachi to name but a few.
